As National Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day commercial management of your customer portfolio, owning relationships at buyer level and delivering against sales, profit, distribution, and activation targets. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), managing full P&L accountability, and identifying opportunities to grow both existing and new business across your accounts. Manage and develop key customer accounts, delivering against Sales, Profit, Distribution, and NPD targets Drive profitable sales growth through effective commercial planning and execution Lead customer negotiations including annual terms, CPI, promotions, and new listings Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis with actionable insights Identify market trends, risks, opportunities, and competitor activity to drive commercial performance

FMCG sales experience, ideally within a blue-chip environment Experience managing customer relationships and Joint Business Plans Strong negotiation and commercial planning skills Experience across branded and/or own-label products High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities Experience within chilled, ambient, or frozen food categories would be advantageous.
