We are unable to provide visa support for this role.3t is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager on a permanent contract. This role can be based at either our North Shields or Teesside training centre.

As a Senior Sales Manager within 3t Training Services, you are responsible for delivering revenue growth across a portfolio of key B2B clients and developing new business opportunities. The role combines strong account development with proactive business development, with a focus on pipeline generation, opportunity progression and revenue delivery.

Growth across key accounts Delivery of multi-service opportunities Deliver against personal revenue targets aligned to 3t Training Services budgets Develop key accounts to increase revenue and client engagement Develop and execute account plans aligned to sales targets Support Sales Managers in progressing opportunities where appropriate Provide guidance to Sales Managers and members of the Booking team, sharing experience and best practice to support their development and performance Generate leads for wider 3t services and refer to relevant specialists Maintain accurate CRM records (pipeline, activity, forecasting) Provide clear updates on pipeline, performance, and risks

Sales & Revenue Growth Own and grow key accounts to deliver revenue targets Create and convert high-value opportunities across multiple service lines Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients Maintain regular client engagement to support account growth Commercial & Operational Discipline Maintain and manage accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth Work collaboratively with local teams and internal stakeholders to support delivery and client outcomes Support effective billing and cash collection processes where required

Proven experience in a target-driven B2B sales role within energy, training or related sectors Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Experience closing high-value or complex sales opportunities Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and value-based selling Demonstrated ability to grow and develop key client accounts Proficiency in CRM systems and structured pipeline management Understanding of training, compliance, or workforce development needs Familiarity with LMS or training systems The job holder is expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall responsibilities of the job, and that are within their competence, when required.
