Corporate Associate | 3 PQE | US Firm
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking to hire a corporate associate to join its London team.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of cross-border private M&A and private equity transactions for an international client base, working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. There will also be exposure to public M&A work.
The team is known for handling complex, high-value transactions and offers associates strong levels of responsibility, high-quality work and close partner exposure.
The firm is particularly interested in lawyers with:
- around 3 years’ PQE
- solid private M&A experience gained at a leading City or international firm, ideally some public M&A experience
- strong academics and communication skills
- commercial awareness and an interest in cross-border work
Experience working with financial sponsors, institutional investors, lenders or energy sector clients would be advantageous, although not essential.
