Job Title: HR Manager
Location: London
Working Arrangement: 4 days a week are required in the London office.
Requirements: Extensive generalist HR experience, preferably within a law firm.

The HR Business Partner will help deliver a high-performing, commercially focused HR service across the London office, in close partnership with two senior HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships across partners, managers, and employees in the London office.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice on employee relations, performance, and absence issues.
- Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, and absence processes.
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Conduct probation check-ins with managers and new hires, advising on development needs and extensions.
- Support legal and business services recruitment.
- Assist with appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus processes.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and global HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support immigration and right-to-work processes with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Minimum 6 years’ HR experience in a global professional or financial services firm.
- CIPD level 5.
- Commercially aware with strong influencing skills; confident operating across all levels of the firm.
