Contracts Manager – Light Gauge Steel / SFS

Location: Glasgow & surrounding areas

Sector: Light Gauge Steel / Steel Framing Systems (SFS)

Global Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple SFS / light gauge steel framing projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing construction business with a strong project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple SFS / light gauge steel installation projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, safely, and to specification.
• Liaise with main contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and carry out site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements

• Experience in construction contracts or project management.
• Knowledge of Light Gauge Steel / SFS systems (preferred).
• SMSTS qualification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
