Overview
Our client is an established national FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a proven Contract Manager to run a hard services contract in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a full hard services contract to a large retail outlet, managing a team of 9 engineers, a supervisor and administrator. You will have full P&L responsibility of circa £1m plus minor works projects, oversee all specialist contractors, and chair regular meetings with the client (managing agent).
Qualifications
The successful Contract Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication skills, be an inspiring team leader, and be able to work well in a fast‑paced environment. A strong engineering background is required.
