Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
- Lead all hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results
- Drive commercial strategy to maximise revenue and profitability
- Oversee compliance, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
- Build a high‑performance culture with strong engagement and accountability
- Build strong relationships with owners, corporate teams, and local partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment
- Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
