Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive health & safety and fire risk assessments across residential sites and hotels
- Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and provide practical, compliant recommendations
- Prepare clear, concise reports in line with current legislation and guidance
- Support clients in implementing corrective actions and ongoing safety improvements
- Keep up to date with changes in UK regulations and industry standards
- Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, and enforcement bodies where required
Requirements:
- Experience within property, facilities, or building management preferred
- ISO 45001 desirable
- Knowledge and experience of working within the hotel or residential industry
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Awareness of health & safety practices
- Competent in standard office software and administrative systems
