Lex Exec is supporting an excellent opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded London construction practice.
This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of sophisticated non-contentious construction matters with a strong emphasis on complex real estate development projects and premium quality client work.
The successful candidate will join a well-established and collaborative team advising on high-value developments, major real estate transactions and strategically important construction projects across a range of sectors.
The Opportunity
You will advise on a wide variety of non-contentious construction matters including:
- Construction aspects of large-scale development projects
- Development agreements and construction documentation
- Real estate-led transactional support
- Consultant appointments and collateral warranties
- Procurement and project structuring matters
- Negotiation of bespoke construction contracts
The role offers regular exposure to sophisticated clients, high-profile projects and close collaboration with recognised specialists within both construction and real estate.
The Ideal Candidate
You are likely to have:
- 2-6 years PQE
- Strong non-contentious construction experience gained within a respected London or national firm
- Experience advising on development and real estate-led construction matters
- Excellent technical drafting skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A collaborative and proactive approach
