A leading Tier-1 Engineering Contractor is seeking a MEP Commercial Manager to lead high-value, technically complex projects across the semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing sectors . In this senior role, you will take full ownership of commercial performance, cost control, and contract compliance on major high-tech mechanical projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Commercial & Contract Leadership: Manage all commercial functions across major mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms (NEC, FIDIC, etc.). Financial Management: Drive procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, change management, variations, and final accounts. Oversee project measurement, valuations, cash flow, and financial reporting for executive stakeholders. Risk & Opportunity: Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project profitability. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Quantity Surveyors and collaborate closely with Project Directors.
Education: BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or equivalent. Experience: 10+ years in mechanical quantity surveying and commercial management. Proven track record on semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or high-tech industrial projects . Technical Skills: Strong mechanical background with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. Landmark high-tech projects with a premier contractor.
