A growing, well-regarded law firm in Prestwich is seeking a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or Property Solicitor to join its expanding team.nnThis is a unique opportunity suited to conveyancers at all levels — from experienced fee earners to senior solicitors — with a clear route to leadership and Partnership for those looking to progress. A well-regarded firm is looking to replace a partner after 9 years with the firm. They are open to fee earners through to senior managers for the position and can restructure themselves to accommodate the person who seems the right fit.nnThe Role:nnYou will handle a manageable residential conveyancing caseload, alongside contributing to the development of the department.nnFor senior candidates, this role offers the chance to take on team leadership, operational input, and strategic responsibility, working closely with the Managing Partner.nnKey Responsibilities:nManage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion (freehold, leasehold, shared ownership)nPotentially managing a team of 3, including a 2-year PQE Solicitor.nEnsure smooth progression of files in line with the conveyancing process and compliance requirementsnLiaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third partiesnSupport or oversee workflows across instructions, fee earners, and post-completionsnAssist with risk management, compliance, and process improvementnMentor junior staff and support team development (senior level)nnRequirements:nProven experience in residential conveyancingnAbility to manage files independently from start to finishnStrong knowledge of the full conveyancing lifecyclenExcellent communication and client care skillsnPrevious supervisory experience or ambition to step into leadership (desirable)nnKey Benefits:nClear progression or seniority from the get-gonHybrid / flexible workingnManageable caseload – focus on quality over volumenWork directly with the Managing PartnernSupportive, close-knit team environmentnn
