I am supporting a high-growth B2B SaaS company with the appointment of a Sales Director. The business provides specialist reporting and data visualisation software used by finance, BI and executive teams to improve the clarity, consistency and quality of business reporting. This is a hands-on commercial role for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from lead origination through to close. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, opening new conversations, managing stakeholder engagement, building qualified pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Originating new business opportunities across relevant enterprise and mid-market accounts Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Building relationships with senior stakeholders across finance, analytics, BI and technology teams Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and sales activity reporting Representing the business professionally in all commercial conversations A strong track record in B2B SaaS sales Experience selling into finance, analytics, BI, data or reporting functions The ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Strong commercial discipline, communication skills and attention to detail Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem, Power BI, reporting tools or business intelligence solutions would be advantageous This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys building pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers and taking ownership of a sales process from first conversation through to completion….
