Key Responsibilities

• Deliver programme design and placement across all liability lines, including General and Employers’ Liability.
• Manage market relationships at operational and strategic levels.
• Provide market access across broad geographies including London, Central Europe, Bermuda and the USA.
• Interpret client risk profiles, business needs and exposures to advise on coverage, programme pricing and retention strategy.
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of coverage documentation, including wordings and placement slips within contract certainty deadlines.
• Identify and coordinate Lockton resources and specialist teams.
• Assist in resolving service issues with insurers and third‑party providers.

About You

• Extensive casualty placement experience with strong key UK and global insurer relationships.
• Expertise in handling complex global liability placements.
• Proficiency in negotiation and building positive, commercially effective working relationships.
