Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Days 06:00 – 17:30

Location: Skelmersdale – WN8 8DY

DHL Supply Chain is the world’s leading logistics company and offers a role for an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate stock records, investigate discrepancies and support efficient inventory management across a fast‑paced warehouse operation.

Typical Day

  • Manage and maintain stock control processes to ensure stock integrity and system accuracy.
  • Carry out stock counts, reconciliations, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in line with stock movements.
  • Check inbound goods and manage customer returns in accordance with DHL and customer processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and communicate with customers regarding stock queries.

Who This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Have previous experience working in an inventory/stock capacity within a warehouse environment.
  • Have strong IT skills – experience of Microsoft Office including Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Can communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and can work unsupervised using own initiative.
