Job Role: Kind, experienced female PA needed for Child with Disability in Salford Area. This role provides one-to-one support for a child with additional needs by accompanying them into the community, encouraging social interaction, independence, and participation in fun and meaningful activities outside the home.
Responsibilities
- Accompany the child to and from activities such as parks, libraries, soft play, swimming, cinema, or community groups.
- Provide supervision to ensure the child’s safety at all times.
- Encourage positive interaction and help build confidence in social settings.
- Support the child in developing life skills (e.g., road safety, communication).
- Communicate effectively with the parent/guardian regarding the child’s wellbeing and any concerns.
- Promote the child’s independence while being responsive to their individual needs.
Requirements
- Qualified female PA, kind and experienced.
- Driving license and own car to take the client out in community.
- DBS check required.
- Employer requires transport: Yes.
Hourly Rate: £12.21, Hours Per Week: 4 hrs p/w (term time) / 8 hrs p/w (school holidays). Flexible throughout the week.
