Job Description
- Inspire and motivate students in KS3‑5 science.
- Collaborate with a team of Science teachers to deliver curriculum.
- Take on TLR opportunities such as KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral responsibilities.
- Participate in 1:1 mentoring, bespoke ECT induction, in‑house and out‑of‑house training.
- Start September 2026; full‑time and permanent.
- Salary: £39,571 – £59,135 (MPS1‑UPS3) plus TLR, depending on experience.
- Located in the Borough of Barnet.
Person Specification
- UK QTS or actively pursuing it.
- Strong academic background in science (degree, A Levels, GCSEs).
- Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at Good or Outstanding level.
- Work collaboratively within a large Science team.
- Willing to listen to feedback and grow professionally.
