Theatre HCA – Insourcing Project (Midlands)

We are currently recruiting experienced Theatre Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a high-volume Insourcing project based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team to work within NHS theatres.

Role Details

• Location: Midlands
• Project Type: Insourcing
• Shifts: Weekend work only
• Shift times: TBD
• Contract Start: Tentative start in early July
• Competitive rates on offer

Key Requirements

• Proven NHS theatre experience is essential
• A minimum of 6 years of experience within NHS
• Confident working within a fast-paced theatre environment
• Ability to support across surgical lists and assist clinical teams
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Rates

Day rate of £220 a day is offered for the role. To be paid via LTD.

Duties

• Assisting theatre staff during procedures
• Patient preparation and post-operative support
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
• Supporting turnaround between cases
