Account Manager – Food Packaging
This position has now been filled.
Location
You will work from home with periodic visits to the UK Sales office.
Reporting
Reporting to: Sales Director.
Territory
The territory will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location.
Role
The main objectives of the role are to evaluate customer needs and provide solutions.
You will look after our existing customer base, create sales opportunities with new customers and develop business with existing customers, aligned to the Company’s marketing strategy.
This will mean that you will need to develop very close relationships with customers evaluating how we can best provide what they need.
The Person
You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of developing new business, selling bespoke (Flexible & Rigid) packaging preferably into Food companies.
- The ability to learn and communicate Technical requirements and benefits.
- Excellent project management skills with experience of Key Account Management.
- Knowledge of IT applications especially MS Office.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Determined and resourceful and driven by results.
- Enjoy and thrive in being part of a team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Sales Development background in either Flexible or Rigid Packaging for the Food Sector ready to develop a career in Key Account / Project Management role.
