Electricity Network First Responder – On-Call Support

National Grid is looking for an Electricity Distribution Network First Responder based in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will handle customer issues related to electricity supply and enhance the customer experience as the primary onsite representative.

Essential qualifications include a Level 2 Electrical qualification and experience in electrical installations. A full UK/EU driving licence is necessary as company vehicle access will be provided for business use.

This role involves working 37 hours a week, with standby duties for 24/7 coverage when needed.
