Private Client Paralegal

Overview

Our client is a well-established law firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care. The Private Client department is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital support to solicitors in a wide range of Private Client matters, including wills and probate, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, and trusts and tax planning.




• Draft legal documents and correspondence, liaise with clients and third parties, and maintain case files.




• Assist fee earners with caseload management and administrative tasks, conduct legal research, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.

About You / Qualifications

• Previous paralegal experience in private client law is highly desirable




• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team




• Strong communication and client care skills with a compassionate approach




• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
