Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a successful law firm based in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, continuous training, development, and progression opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for dealing with the full range of matters that will include a caseload of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and new builds – freehold and leasehold – and registered and unregistered titles.

However, experience with shared ownership leases, right to buys, assents, severances of joint tenancies and general property matters will be welcome.

There will be an expectation to continuously uphold the company reputation and encourage growth by networking and attending various events as well as deal with third party suppliers/advisors and/or estate agents.

Person Specification

The incoming Conveyancer will have experience in dealing with all Residential Property matters. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:

  • Proven track record of complex residential property work, with a minimum of 5 years+ PQE.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Have a strong new build purchase experience.
  • Be self-motivated and able to organise their own workload.
  • Have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Supervision experience would be welcome but not essential.
