About The Role

As a Department Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the store’s success and inspiring the team to meet targets and create the best customer experience.

Job Description

  • Customer Experience – deliver exceptional service from product guidance to till assistance.
  • Lead by Example – energise the team, ensure all shift needs are met, uphold brand standards, and deliver a personalised experience.
  • Store Targets – support wider management in achieving KPIs, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Store Standards – maintain front‑and‑back standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety.
  • Visual Standards – execute brand visual standards with support from the Visual Team.
  • Active Listening – cultivate a platform for team ideas and feedback; your voice counts.
  • Store Operations – handle opening and closing activities, key holder duties, and daily operations.
  • New Product Launches – support floor set moves, audits, and training for new product launches.

About You

  • Previous retail management experience in a fast‑paced store, demonstrating ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong team‑management skills to deliver objectives and drive performance.
  • Passion for retail and commitment to creating unique customer experiences.
  • Excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and eagerness to learn through training programmes.
  • Purpose‑driven leadership, engaging team with shared enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Relationship building – valued interactions with customers, team, and wider business teams.
  • Collaboration – develop and support team towards shared brand enthusiasm.
  • Team player – flexible, supportive, contributing to a positive environment.
