What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the day-to-day running of theToddler Room
Creating acalm, well-prepared environmentwhere children can thrive
Embeddingstrong routines and smooth transitionsthroughout the day
Deliveringhigh-quality interactionsthat support independence and communication
Leading and supporting your team to maintainconsistent, high standards
Building positive, professional relationships with parents
Working closely with yourNursery Manager and senior leadership team
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification (or above)in Early Years
Experience as aSenior Practitioner or Room Leader, but we will also consider applicants who are new to leadership
Confidence inleading a team and holding expectations
Strong understanding ofEYFS and safeguarding requirements
An interest in (or experience with)Montessori practice
A proactive, reliable approach with a focus onquality and consistency
