Player Welfare & Safeguarding Lead

Kick It Out is seeking a Safeguarding & Player Care Officer to join their newly promoted Women & Girls team. This role is based at the Academy and focuses on implementing and promoting safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and welfare of children and players.

The successful candidate will also provide emotional and welfare support, leading a proactive care programme for First Team players. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization.
