Translating operational chaos into functional systems, you will bridge the gap between complex legacy infrastructure and cutting-edge AI, defining the deployment doctrine for a platform transforming global industrial execution.

What You Will Do

• Embed with frontline operations teams to map complex workflows, data architectures, and secure AI agent deployment strategies.
• Build and configure the AI-native OS in live environments, driving fast iterative loops based on direct feedback from plant managers and traders.
• Establish technical credibility with non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with the platform team to translate field insights into the core product roadmap.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record in forward deployed or field engineering, building resilient end-to-end solutions from POC to production rollout.
• Exceptional communicator capable of building trust with diverse stakeholders including procurement directors, factory operators, and executive leadership.
• Deep interest in AI systems and enterprise data infrastructure with the agency to solve ambiguous problems under real-world operational constraints.
