We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about Money Without Borders. The Analyst will partner with our financial crime product teams to drive data‑driven decisions while maintaining a frictionless user experience.

The Screening team builds a robust control framework that screens customers, counterparties, and transactions across all Wise products. The Analyst will help maintain this framework, ensuring compliance while facilitating innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expose the vast amount of data available to the organization in a meaningful and actionable way so people can proactively access information without friction.
  • Proactively contribute to, own, and track key metrics and results for the organization, holding teams accountable throughout the quarter.
  • Support the team by researching, building and maintaining data pipelines, preparing reports, and creating visualizations.
  • Drive discovery analyses by scoping new opportunities and suggesting initiatives that improve the controls framework and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, communicating insights that lead to real change.

Qualifications

  • Strong quantitative skills—background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or other scientific fields.
  • Experience with SQL, Python/R, dbt (ideally), and building data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate business insights into persuasive narratives.
  • Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks independently.
  • “Hustler” mentality—can take work beyond analysis and get things done.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc., and confident storytelling ability.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience.
