Overview
This is a Lean Delivery Manager role within a growing transformation and operational improvement function at a global insurance business.
The role is focused on helping operational teams improve how they work day to day through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and drive operational change through to delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping and performance analysis.
- Embed more effective ways of working across the business.
Required background
- Experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and enjoys solving operational problems and driving measurable improvements.
Desirable experience
- Some experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sector (though deep insurance knowledge is not essential).
