The Role
- Lead and execute sell-side M&A transactions end-to-end
- Manage client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle
- Support and contribute to new business generation
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor and oversee junior team members
Requirements
- Proven experience within Corporate Finance / M&A (ideally mid-market)
- Background in a boutique advisory firm or Big 4 / Top 10 Lead Advisory team
- Strong track record of delivering transactions
- Commercially minded with developing or established client relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work schedule: Monday & Friday hybrid working from home with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
