Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Watford, for a Sales and Marketing Associate. In this role, you will execute sales strategies, support marketing campaigns, and provide outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include directly engaging with clients, promoting products or services, training team members, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the goals and values of The Atlas Collective.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build meaningful relationships and address client needs
- Proficient Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to meet targets and effectively promote products or services
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive mindset, adaptability, and a passion for connecting with people
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus
