Due to continued growth within the Family Law team, we’re looking for solicitors to join a well‑established legal services provider across a variety of experience levels, from newly qualified through to Senior Solicitor.

The organisation is known for doing things differently, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. The Family Law department holds an impressive 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating, reflecting its commitment to high‑quality service.

In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of new and existing family matters from start to finish, always maintaining a client‑centred approach to targets and outcomes. • Use the case management system to ensure accurate and consistent record‑keeping
  • Meet individual and team chargeable time and profit‑cost targets
  • Draft and audit legal documents and correspondence
  • For Senior Solicitor appointments, there will also be line management responsibilities for Associate Solicitors

This role would suit people who have

  • Qualification as a Solicitor or CILEX lawyer, with experience handling privately funded family law matters
  • A track record of working towards and achieving chargeable time/billing targets
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills and a collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
  • Resilience and the ability to embrace change in a growing environment

What’s on offer

Here, you’ll have the opportunity to do meaningful work within a purpose‑driven organisation. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Coaching, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Pension scheme with up to 10% employer contributions
  • Annual incentive scheme
  • 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 32 with service)
  • A range of employee discounts
  • Free support for your mental, physical and financial wellbeing
