Job Overview

Job Title: Learning Designer

Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week

Job Status: Fixed Term, commencing ASAP until 31 March 2027

Location: Home-based with the expectation of travel within England as required.

Salary: £46,598.80

Closing Date: 21 May 2026

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, sector‑specific e‑learning content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and Commercial colleagues to align learning materials with brand and style guidelines while meeting commercial expectations.
  • Leverage experience in learning and development, training, and education, including e‑learning design and use of Learning Management Systems to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in learning and development, training and education.
  • Proven experience in e‑learning design and use of Learning Management Systems.

About the Team

Role will be part of the Workforce Learning and Development Team, reporting to the Programme Lead, Workforce Learning and Development. The role will be recruited alongside a Multimedia Designer to support our vision of creating outstanding social care workforce development.
