Lead Youth Residential Care Team

Beechesuk is seeking a Team Lead for Children’s Services in Northampton. In this full-time role, you will lead a team to provide care for young people with learning disabilities aged 10-18. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high care standards and supporting the Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and at least two years of relevant experience. The position offers competitive pay, including rates for sleep-in shifts.
