Senior CMHP: Assertive Outreach Lead (Community)

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Assertive Outreach Team in York. This role involves working with adults who experience severe mental health issues, particularly psychosis and dual diagnosis. Candidates must have at least 18 months of post-qualifying experience, including relevant professional registration.

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to their personal and professional development, receiving support and supervision from an experienced team. The position may require occasional Saturday work and involves independent travel across the locality.
