Responsibilities

• Architect, lead and own the entire platform, defining its architecture and reliability.
• Conduct thorough architectural audits and outline a modernization roadmap.
• Drive the transition from legacy infrastructure to an EKS‑based microservices platform.
• Build, mentor and scale a SRE/DevOps team based in the UK.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in platform engineering and DevOps leadership.
• Proven track record of platform modernization at a SaaS or scale‑up company.
• Strong AWS expertise, particularly with EKS/Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence strategy.
