Sheltered Scheme Manager

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager on a 3 month contract situated in Salford.

This will involve covering two schemes in Salford.

Responsibilities

• Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
• Managing Compliance processes
• Supporting residents with Income issues
• Completing Heath and Safety checks
• Morning Calls
• Support Plans
• Risk Assessments
• Managing voids

Qualifications

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience.

To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check.
