Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

We are a ‘Good’ graded comprehensive school with just under 1000 students, modern facilities, strong Progress 8 results and a supportive senior leadership team.

Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 Inner London, £39,766 – £60,092.

Start date: September 2026. Interviews will be held immediately after the Easter holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and motivating students across the school.
• Cohabiting with a team of skilled PE teachers to co‑lead the department.
• Delivering a high‑quality sport curriculum within the educational framework.

Person Specification

• UK QTS or currently in the process of gaining it.
• Strong academic background – degree, A‑levels and GCSEs.
• Achievement of the 8 Teaching Standards at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level.
• Evidence of leadership in PE practice and the ability to lead by example.
• Willingness to listen to and act on feedback.
