Employment Solicitor – Boutique Firm – Hybrid Working (4 Days WFH)

Fantastic opportunity to join this boutique employment practice based with offices nationally and deal with top quality work on behalf of blue‑chip clients and household brands.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ PQE.
• Experience running your own respondent matters; good quality claimant experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Deal with both contentious and non‑contentious work, including review of contracts, policies and procedures.
• Advise on termination of employment and draft settlement agreements.
• Provide corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions.
• Represent clients during employment tribunal cases.
• Advise a wide range of regional, national and international clients.

Benefits
