Overview
Bid Manager – International Law Firm – Permanent/Hybrid in London. One of London’s leading international law firms with a significant global presence seeks to add to their Bid team in London. The role involves working across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a focus on winning and retaining the firm’s most important mandates and contributing to strategic growth. You will own the entire bid process, working with senior stakeholders to produce client-focused, high-quality bids. The role spans across the firm’s leading practice areas, with the opportunity to lead on any practice where you have a specialism. You will be supported by the wider Marketing & BD team. Responsibilities
- Own the entire bid process, from initial briefing to submission, ensuring client-focused, high-quality bids.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm to shape bid responses and strategy.
- Lead on bids in practice areas aligned with your expertise where possible.
- Work with the broader Marketing & BD team to coordinate and deliver compelling proposals.
- Help win and retain mandates and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in bid management, business development or marketing within a professional services environment; legal services background preferred.
- Open to meeting candidates from a professional services background.
