Do you enjoy supporting learners to achieve their full potential?****At Centra Training**, we’re on a mission to improve access to vocational education, enhancing opportunities for those working in the care sector.We’re looking for a **Sector Specialist Tutor** to deliver vocational qualifications from level 2 – 5 in care organisations. This is a **home-based role** with flexibility, strong job satisfaction, and willingness to travel within the geographical area linked to your location.**What You’ll Do*** Deliver engaging training, supporting learners on their journey.* Engage with employers and review progress* Build strong, positive relationships with both learners and employers.* Manage a caseload of learners and ensure timely completion of qualifications.* Keep accurate learner records using our e-portfolio system.* Maintain compliance with quality and audit standards.* Spot opportunities for new training and business development.* Continue developing your own skills and contribute to quality improvements.**What We’re Looking For****Qualifications & Experience*** GCSEs (A–C) in Maths, English & ICT (or equivalent).* TAQA or other Assessing, Teaching Qualifications.* Proven background in the care sector, qualified to level 5 or above.* Strong tutoring, coaching, or teaching experience (1 year+ preferred).**Skills & Competencies*** Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to inspire learners.* Committed to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.**Other Requirements*** Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.* Unrestricted right to work in the UK.**What We Offer**• Flexitime – manage your schedule effectively• Work from home – with travel for learner visits• A chance to make a real difference in the care sector**Application Questions*** Do you hold Training, Assessing, and/or Quality Assurance qualifications?**Location*** Peterborough – travel across the region is required#J-18808-Ljbffr…
