Senior HR Advisor: Strategic People & ER (12m FTC, Hybrid)

Another Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in North Yorkshire. You will support HR activities and drive the HR agenda while reporting to the Head of HR.

This hybrid role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in a unionised environment. Ideal candidates should be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards it.

Key responsibilities include advising managers, managing complex ER cases, and building effective relationships.
