Overview
A rare opportunity has arisen for a driven Private Client Solicitor to join a globally recognised team advising UK-based HNW individuals on complex succession and tax planning matters. This role offers exposure to a broad and intellectually stimulating caseload, including domestic and international estate structuring, tax mitigation strategies, and the drafting of sophisticated legal instruments.
Responsibilities
- Manage work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strategic insight in succession and tax planning.
- Draft sophisticated legal instruments.
- Deliver exceptional client service.

- Strong technical knowledge across private client disciplines.
- Proactive approach to client engagement.
- Ability to communicate complex advice with clarity and confidence.
