My client is looking for a dependable, detail-focused Aircraft Disassembly Technician to join a growing technical team delivering high-quality aircraft disassembly projects. What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a technical team to safely disassemble aircraft and components according to customer requirements
- Interpret technical manuals and engineering instructions to ensure efficient and accurate removal of parts
- Label, document, and log all removed components clearly for maintenance and logistics teams
- Identify damaged components and raise concerns promptly
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to high safety and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity goals throughout all activities
Who They Are Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand skills
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, disassembly, or engineering (military maintenance experience is highly valued)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Professional “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic
- Good physical fitness and commitment to safety and quality standards
Benefits
Good starting salary between £28,500 to £34,500, 25 days holiday, company pension (3% employer and 5% employee contribution), possible bonus scheme depending on personal and company goals, and continuing personnel development within the company.
