Salary: £70,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: Hybrid (London Bridge + home)

• Lead and deliver board and senior executive search assignments
• Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees
• Contribute to winning and growing retained work
• Build and support team development, coaching and practice growth
• Shape inclusive, high‑quality search strategies

• Experienced in executive search or senior appointments
• Strong client relationship and delivery track record
• Commercially aware, with the ability to win and retain work
• Collaborative, credible and values‑led
