A long-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing conveyancing team.
The Role
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases• Remortgages• Transfers of equity• General residential property matters
What They’re Looking For
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer• Solid residential conveyancing experience• Able to manage files independently• Friendly, team-oriented approach• Strong client care and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary £40,000 – £55,000 DOE (flexible for the right person) Bonus earning potential available Hybrid working offered following probation Flexible approach to office/home working Friendly and supportive team culture Long-established firm with loyal client base and strong local reputation
