ROLE
The Operational Finance Business Partner will support operational stakeholders to improve performance and profitability. Regular travel across the UK, up to 3 days a week, is required.
- Providing financial insights and analysis to support decision‑making
- Collaborating with various departments to drive financial performance
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Developing and implementing financial strategies
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management
PERSON
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel regularly across the UK
- Experience in a PE‑backed environment is a plus
