A Senior Shift Leader supports the management team by leading shifts, delivering exceptional guest experience, ensuring strong operational execution, and maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results. The role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision‑making.

Suitable candidates are passionate Assistant Managers or Team Leaders seeking a significant step forward in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain strong operational execution and team standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Support team development and coaching.
• Drive performance through effective communication and decision‑making.
