The ATT-CTA Programme

When you join, you’ll start working towards the ATT-CTA qualification. As an apprentice you’ll get involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. You’ll have a mentor and a training manager throughout the programme, and the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele across various industry sectors.

What does a Tax team do?

Our Tax teams manage taxation for individuals, businesses and organisations. Their primary role is to ensure clients comply with tax laws and regulations while optimising their tax positions to minimise tax liabilities legally. They play a critical role in helping clients navigate taxation and optimise their financial positions within the law.

What do we look for?

  • Collaborative individuals eager to take on new challenges
  • Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 A-levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent
  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)
  • Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain financial information in an accessible manner
