Landlord & Tennant Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a growing Commercial Landlord & Tenant team within a well-established and expanding litigation practice.

Joining a busy and high-performing team, you will manage your own caseload of commercial landlord and tenant disputes from instruction through to resolution, working on a strong pipeline of quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of commercial landlord and tenant disputes from inception to conclusion
• Negotiating claims to achieve effective and commercial outcomes
• Advising on risk and reporting on case strategy where required
• Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working to performance targets, service standards and deadlines
• Supporting effective case handling processes and sharing knowledge within the wider team
• Contributing to business development and helping raise profile in the market

Qualifications

• Experience handling Commercial Landlord & Tenant disputes and claims
• Strong knowledge of relevant law and procedures
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and work to deadlines
• Strong client care skills and commercial awareness
• A collaborative approach and desire to work as part of a growing team
• Interest in business development would be advantageous
