MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading business within the FMCG sector on the search for a Senior National Account Manager – Retail & Retail Café . This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity based in Greater London.

This is a senior commercial role responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key retail and retail café accounts. The successful candidate will drive strategic customer partnerships, deliver sustainable category growth, and play a key role in shaping future commercial strategy across the channel.

Own and deliver the full P&L for a portfolio of national retail accounts, ensuring delivery of annual targets and contribution to wider strategic objectives. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned to customer and business priorities across product, pricing, promotion, and placement. Identify new business opportunities through market insight, customer analysis, and category trends. Lead commercial negotiations and promotional planning with senior customer stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement across account management processes and ways of working. Proven experience in National Account Management within FMCG. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and delivering growth. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within beverages, foodservice, or adjacent categories would be advantageous….
