Senior Architect

To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities’ requirements and standards.Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.Essential duties include the following:

• project management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned
• liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
• ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• keep updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements
• confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team
• coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
• proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
• nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore
• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
